Q: How can I find the information I need on the site?
A: "Find Your Event" is a section where you can search by keyword, participant name or company name to find links to all mentions of them. If you are interested in a specific industry, select the corresponding button on the left side of the home page and learn about past and upcoming events on this topic. Selecting the button "Conferences" will take you to a calendar of upcoming AHConferences events and a link to the archive.

Q: How can I register to participate in a conference?
A: You can fill out the registration form on our site, write to [email protected], send a fax to +7(495)234-05-88, call +7(495)234-05-88 or fill out the form in the section "Call Me" on the home page, and we will get in touch at a time convenient for you.

Q: How can I pay for my attendance at the event?
A: When we receive your invitation, you will get a personal manager at AHConferences who will get in touch with you, present you with an invoice for payment of services, suggest form of payment that is convenient for you, and guide you through all stages of preparing for and attending the event.

Q: What does the cost of delegate participation include?
A: Besides direct participation, you will receive informational materials on the conference, writing implements, summary materials of the conference in electronic form, and food (welcome coffee, coffee breaks, lunch, buffet).

Q: When do I have to pay for my participation in the conference?
А: To guarantee your convenience, please pay for services no later than three days before the event.

А: Several days before the event, you will receive a reminder about the date, place and time of the conference by telephone or e-mail. AHConferences awaits you!

Q: I'm at the conference venue. Where do I go?
А: In the hotel lobby you can see signs that will help you find the right conference room. There you will be greeted by a large informational poster and a registration table. All you have to do is introduce yourself!

Q: How can I receive documents for accounting?
А: Before the start of the event, administrators will provide you with the necessary packet of documents. If you need it in advance, please inform your personal manager, and a courier from AHConferences will delivery everything in the necessary timeframe.

Q: Can you help me fill out a travel authorization form for my company?
А: Before the event you can give the travel authorization form to the administrators, and during the first coffee break you will get it back with all the necessary marks and stamps.

Q: When will I receive conference materials?
A: Upon registering you will receive a folder with presentations of talks at the conference and other informational materials. Several days after the conference we will send you a link with access to all electronic versions of presentations.

Q: What should I take with me to the event?
А: You will not need identification to register. If you did not pay for attendance in time, bring a money order or a bond of indemnity in the proper format. Writing implements will be included in the package or placed on the tables. You will need lots of business cards!

Q: How should I dress and act at the conference?
А: A business event requires business attire. You may smoke in the conference room if your colleagues do not object. With rare exceptions, you may bring advertising and informational pamphlets, magazines and corporate souvenirs in any quantity for your partners. Each talk lasts approximately 20 minutes. Please refrain from moving about the conference room during that time. Switch your telephone to vibrate. We will be pleased if the talk aroused your interest, please ask the coordinators for a microphone, introduce yourself and ask a question. Discussion is encouraged!

Q: I cannot attend the conference. What do I do?
A: All you must do is contact us in whatever way is convenient for you and give us the contact information of a colleague who will attend the conference in your place. Or you may transfer the registration fee to an account for attending another AHConferences event. If you would prefer to get a refund, then you must inform us in writing 20 days before the event, and payment for your attendance will be returned in full. If you withdraw fewer than 10 days before the event, 30% of the sum will be withheld from the refund. If you withdraw three days before the conference, you must forfeit 50% of the fee. If you do not warn us of your absence or do so fewer than three days before the conference, your personal manager at AHConferences will offer individualized options for solving the problem, reserving the right not to refund the fee.
